Peter who is a victim of the NSWTG, contacted me via email on 12 September 2018, in regards to this Royal Commission. This is what he wrote:

“I have been speaking with an officer for the current royal commission regarding financial institutions and they appear to be most interested in what I have told them. They are sending me forms for submissions and encouraged me to get others to make submissions also.”

This is an email from the Office of the Royal Commission to Peter:

Dear Peter

Please find attached an accessible PDF version of the online form. Once complete, please attach your submission in a reply to this email. Submissions can be made using this form until 28 September 2018.

Please do not provide any additional documents to the form. If the Commission requires any additional information or documentation, you will be contacted by an officer of the Commission. The Commission will not contact everyone who makes a submission but will ensure that all submissions are reviewed, recorded and used to inform the Commission’s work.

Please be aware, the Commission is conducting an inquiry, it cannot resolve individual disputes. It cannot fix or award compensation or make orders requiring a party to a dispute to take or not take any action.

To receive updates from the Commission, you can subscribe to the mailing list.

Kind regards

Office of the Royal Commission

NB: Submissions are now closed, as forms had to be submitted by 28 September 2018

FSRC Public Submission Form-1

(from the author of NSWTG EXPOSED – I left it too late to put in a submission…regardless of this fact, I sent FSRC the following email on 28 Sep 2018:

Greetings FSRC,

I went to complete the webform late tonight, as the following statement is on your website:

‘The Commission will continue to accept submissions using this form up until 28 September 2018.’

I clicked on the link & received this message:

‘Submissions relating to past conduct have now closed.’

Therefore the deadline interpretation was misunderstood by me.

So now I am emailing my complaint.

It is in regards to the New South Wales Trustee & Guardian.

I set up a website some years ago due to the NSWTG’s mishandling of my mothers financial & personal care.

I was shocked to discover that their are a multitude of victims of financial abuse from not only this department, but various government Trustee and Guardian establishments worldwide.

I have laid out many stories from not only government financial abuse which has and continues to occur in NSW, but it is also rife throughout various states in Australia.

I implore you on behalf of an untold amount of victims, to spend some time perusing my website, which is directly below:
